Liz is a Realtor and Broker Associate with 37 North Realty Group.  With offices in Mountain Grove and West Plains, their footprint covers much of the Ozarks specializing in Southern Missouri Lifestyle Properties.  She and her Team base their business plan around God, Family, Integrity, and Helping Others....and it shows!  In May, 2022, we started our own brand after years of being in the top 1% in production with a franchise.  We have also been named in the ’10 Best Brokerages’ in the Midwest for multiple years.  Liz is thankful to their repeat customers and their referrals for growing their business.

Why 37 North?  The 37th parallel runs right through the heart of the country and right through the center of the Ozarks.  They are excited for this new chapter of introducing people to the many sides of the Ozarks Lifestyle.

Liz grew up on a cattle ranch in South Central Missouri and received her real estate degree from Florida State University. While in Florida, she practiced real estate appraisal in the field of Eminent Domain. During that time, she co-authored a chapter in the book, ‘Litigation Support Writing’ and co-authored published articles on Corridors in the fiber-optic industry.  Liz also has a background in interior design and designed a line of linens that were featured in one of Southern Living's Design Homes.  Her appraisal and design background gives Liz a well-rounded skill set in marketing property.

She and her husband, John, decided to move back to Missouri to raise their daughters and have never regretted that decision. She loves the Ozarks and the rural, family-based lifestyle it provides. Upon moving back to the Ozarks, she began her Missouri real estate career by joining a start-up independent real estate company. She later purchased the company in June of 2010 and look where we are today….our own brand!  

She loves where she lives and enjoys showing others what Southern Missouri has to offer, whether it’s homes, ranches, farms, lake or riverfront property, recreational property, or business opportunities.   Having lived in other parts of the country, Liz understands what it is like moving to the Ozarks and understands the importance of introducing Buyers to others in our area.  For those that are Selling property, Liz believes her company's honesty, creativity, and positive relationships with fellow Realtors had led to their success.  Come see what 37 North is all about!
