Will Jett a native of the Southern Missouri Ozarks.Grew up in the Willow Springs, Ava and Mansfield Missouri area, raising and training quarter horses, working on the family farm, rodeoing and playing baseball.  He graduated from Mansfield High School, then attended State Fair Community College and studied Ag Business while playing baseball.

Will spent about 10 years in the panhandle of Texas at various jobs; feedlot cowboy, concrete finisher, built steel buildings and lastly engineer assistant and survey crew chief for Ober J Engineering in Wellington, TX.  

After moving back home he started working for Stewart Bros. Construction and then began his real estate and auctioneering career; now with 33 years experience in Missouri Real Estate Will enjoys bringing buyers and sellers together through traditional means and auctions. His hobbies include his children, grandchildren, hunting, fishing and trapping.
